How do I register for a press pass?
Please register for your complimentary press pass by using this form.

When will I receive my press pass?
You will receive your badge at the point of registration, simply print off your badge and bring it with you. 

What does my press pass entitle me to?
Your press pass entitles you to free entry to all six co-located events, IFSEC International, FIREX International, Safety & Health Expo, Facilities Show, Service Management and Professional Clothing Show, free access to all of the seminar theatres and use of the press office. In this exclusive area, you will be able to write up stories in a quiet space, access the internet for free and enjoy complimentary refreshments away from the hustle and bustle of the show floor.

Can I bring members of the editorial team with me to the show?
All members of the press are welcome to attend the event(s) free of charge. If you wish to bring colleagues with you, please ensure they register on the website or onsite.

Where will the press office be?

The Press Office is located within the exhibitor lounge in the E16 restaurant, if you have any difficulty locating please contact an information point.

Will there be storage space for my luggage / laptop / equipment?
Cloakrooms are available at ExCeL London to store any luggage you do not wish to carry around the show. Please do not leave your equipment or baggage unattended at any time as UBM cannot take responsibility for the security of these items. If you are bringing camera or filming equipment, please contact us in advance for storage options.

Will press packs be available?
Press packs will be available to download from a link distributed to all registered press. No hard copies or press packs will be available in the Press Office this year as part of commitment to sustainability.

Will there be internet access?
There will be wireless internet access in the press office.

Will the press office be staffed?
The press office will be staffed at all times, for any questions you may have throughout the day.

Will refreshments be provided?
Refreshments will be provided in the press office for all registered members of the press. 

How do I retrieve official show photos?
The PR Team will upload a selection of images to a folder within the press area which will then be available to download.

Can our publication bring our own photographer to the show?
You are welcome to bring your own photographer to the event(s). Please register your photographer as press either on the website or on site. 

Will filming be permitted at the event?
Filming is permitted at the event. In order to do so, you will need to pre-register your videographer on the website and inform the FIREX PR Team you are intending to film as we need to inform ExCeL London. Please also bring with you a risk assessment.

What are the press office opening times?
The press office will be open between 08:30 and 18:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday and from 08:30 to 17:00 on Thursday.

Who do I contact for comment about the show/industry?
The PR Team will be onsite in the press office or you can contact them at any time via this link.

When will official visitor figures be available?
Our visitor figures will be included in the official post show release. Please contact the PR Team to ensure you are on the distribution list. 

How will I get the latest news updates from the show?
All press releases sent out around the show from IFSEC and FIREX exhibitors will be sent published on IFSEC Global

How do I find out what press events are happening at the show?
A schedule of press events taking place across that are relevant to IFSEC International will be communicated in a dedicated press email in the run up to the show.
