Registration and Entry

When does FIREX International take place and where?

Will I receive my visitor badge by post?

You won’t receive a physical badge in the post, rather you will be sent a digital version of your badge. Simply print this off and bring it with you on the day, if you don't have access to a printer, we have printers at the entrance when you arrive.

What if I’ve lost or forgotten my badge when I arrive?

It’s not a problem! Simply go to the sign-posted registration area and the registration staff will assist you with printing your badge. 

Can I register when I arrive?

Yes, however we would recommend you do this in advance. If you’re not on our systems and don’t have a badge or e-invite, you may have to queue and your entry to the show will be delayed. 

What should I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?

Can I attend the show as a student?

Students are permitted entry to FIREX by prior arrangement only. Please contact us for further information and guidelines. 

How can I register my colleagues?

Your colleagues can register online. We simply need them to complete some short questions to register to ensure we can send them relevant information in the run-up to the show. 

Can I bring children?

The Exhibition is a trade event, and the nature of the exhibits & our attendee’s reflect this. As such attendance by anyone under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited at all times; this includes build up, the open days and breakdown of the exhibition. No alternative facilities will be provided.

As a visitor to FIREX International, do I have access to the other shows in the Protection and Management Week?

Yes! Your badge gives you free access into IFSEC International, the Facilities Show, Safety & Health Expo, Energy and Environment Expo and the Service Management Expo and all of the features these provide, including the free education sessions, networking and the chance to meet leading solutions providers. 

Facilities at Excel London

Is there free WiFi?

There are two WiFi options within the venue: ExCeL FREE or ExCeL Free fast. You can log in using your social media accounts or by directly by filling in your details.

Where can I eat?

Themed cafes serving light snacks and refreshments can be found within the show. There will be bars, restaurants and seating outside each hall for more substantial meals.

Is there a cash point?

Full banking facilities are available at ExCeL London.

Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?

Cloakrooms are situated adjacent to the show entrances and are open daily until 20 minutes after the close of the show. You will be subject to a charge of £1 per item.

Is there a map of the car park?
Are there disabled parking bays and if so, where are they located?

There are a number of disabled parking bays that are spread across the car park. See car park map for more details.

Are there any facilities for disabled people?

All levels of ExCeL London are accessible to wheelchair users, via ramps or lifts.

Are there any cycle racks?

There are some by the west entrance taxi rank and by the Aloft Hotel at the east of the venue underneath the stairway connecting Level 0 to Level 1. There are 60 cycle racks in total. There is no charge to use the cycle racks.

Where can I find help points?

There are help points by the main entrances and look out for show makers wearing blue shirts that say “I’m here to HELP”.

It is Ramadan during this event, will there be a prayer room?

Yes. It will be located between WRAPID and the S9 boulevard shutter.
